How everything begins

In the initial phase of the project, we discuss how to develop a product that reflects the technological and scientific innovations that characterizes our company.
On a daily basis, we study active ingredients and their beneficial effects on health. Our company always uses high quality raw materials, and we carefully select our suppliers. We mainly deal with plant extracts, mineral salts, vitamins, amino acids and proteins, and we are completely aware of their impact on people’s well-being. Thus, we are motivated to exploit at its best the synergy between raw materials.

How we continue

We carry out our studies in the production of capsules, tablets and powders. Following the step by step agreements with the client, we always start from mixing all raw materials and excipients needed. Once we obtain a homogeneous mixture, we store it for a short period of time, so that its freshness is not undermined; then, based on the different uses and according to the client’s request, the mixture can be subsequently compressed, contained in capsule cases for the production of capsules, or kept it as it is for supplements in the form of powder. At this point, we focus our work on the packaging: we choose only suitable materials, only with certificates of conformity that specify the components and the suitability for food contact. We can offer different colours and sizes for pillboxes, jars and blisters.

Sports and Health Supplements: our field of expertise

We are specialized in the sports nutrition field: our supplements range from protein powders (mainly Hydrolized Whey Proteins), to pre-workout, post-workout, BCAAs.

We can create a specifically designed mix of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), L-Valine, L-Isoleucine and L-Leucine, which can be largely found in muscle proteins; we can combine these amino acids in different proportions, depending on the wishes expressed by our customers, in formats from 8:1:1 to 2:1:1.

In addition to food supplements for athletes, we are also specialized in the formulation of nutrition supplements, such as magnesium and vitamin products, that can contribute to maintain normal levels of cholesterol in the blood stream and the correct homeostasis of the body. Ultimately, our main goal is the pursuit of well-being, where we realize products that can contribute to keep a healthy organism, always accompanied by a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet. It is particularly important for us to create supplements which can be easily taken and absorbed: we aim at finding the best solution from both pharmaceutical form and taste point of view, using a balanced mix of aromas.

Safety

Traceability is particularly important to us: we are able to guarantee consumers’ safety. We assign a unique batch number for each production and print it on all labels. We also keep reference samples for each batch, so that it is easy to trace each production. We monitor the whole process and we make sure that what we do is a guarantee of safety: for this reason, we study and carry out an analysis plan, which can certify the suitability of our products.
